Section 1111(h)(2) of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) requires our Campus, Castleberry Elementary which receives Title I, Part A funding to notify parents of all enrolled students.  By clicking the following link you will be directed to this public information -

To meet this requirement the Texas Education Agency (TEA) provides these statistics at the state level (Texas) and for each district (Castleberry ISD) and/or campus (Castleberry Elementary)that is required.  If you do not have internet access, you may request a hard copy of this report via the office at Castleberry Elementary.

Counselor Recognized
CE2-3 honored its counselor, Mrs. Michele McPherson,  2/1-2/5 with a breakfast, hat’s off salute, notes, cards, and flowers for “School Counselor Week”.  Mrs. McPherson serves over 450 2^nd and 3^rd graders and also assist the Prek-1 campus as needed for a total of almost 1100 students.  Mrs. McPherson has 16 years of education experience, is a CHS graduate, and was a previous “teacher of the year”.  Her husband is a teacher at IMMS and she is the mother of two children, one who attends IMMS.  CE is honored and thankful to have such an outstanding counselor who cares for students, staff, and parents.  We love you Ms. Mac!!!
